• We currently offer shipping and delivery services to all governorates within the Arab Republic of Egypt. • For international orders, please contact our customer service to arrange shipping.

• Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria: Delivery within 2 to 3 business days. • Other Governorates: Delivery within 3 to 5 business days. • Orders are dispatched from Saturday to Thursday, excluding Fridays and public holidays. • The stated delivery times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances.

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on parcel weight and delivery destination. • We may offer "Free Shipping" promotions for orders above a certain amount, which will be automatically applied at checkout.

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and courier details. • You can use this number to track the status of your shipment via our website or the courier's site.

• If your order is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact customer service, and we will investigate the matter immediately. • In the event of a return due to unavailability to receive the package or providing an incorrect address, you may be charged for reshipping.
